Meet Our Team

As Virtual Office Manager, Theresa Dormi is never far from her desktop computer, iPhone, and iPad. With a love for everything computers, she is happy to virtually assist the team and keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. From project management to contract management to marketing support and website building, Theresa enjoys the challenge of juggling multiple projects, learning new skills to support the team, and crossing items off her daily To-Do list. 

With a diverse business background, Theresa has owned and operated three small businesses and she has held management positions in business administration, graphic design, and marketing. Her past work experience provides an excellent knowledge base as she supports the Seven Sisters Community Development Group, LLC .

Theresa grew up on the Jersey Shore and she earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ. To relax, she enjoys going “low-tech” and reading print books – mostly mysteries and historical fiction. Theresa currently resides in Florida with her husband, three dogs, and a tremendous book collection.
